1. Pre-Booking and Ticket Sales:

* The organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including but not limited to:
Advertised dates | Speakers or performers | Locations | Ticket prices
* Registered attendees will be notified of any changes via the contact information provided during booking.
* It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Event Fees:
* Alumni events are organized on a not-for-profit basis.
* Any booking fees or ticket prices are solely to cover event-related expenses such as:
Venue rental | Catering | Staffing | Artist or speaker fees
* The organizers strive to keep event costs reasonable and transparent.

4. Admission and Event Management:
* The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any attendee at their discretion.
* Inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with event rules, or any actions deemed disruptive may result in removal from the event without refund.
* The organizers may cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
